1. Application Review & Pre-Approval
After your application is submitted, it is carefully reviewed to ensure alignment with our program and values. Families who are a good fit for our program may be approved and invited to join our Family Matching List as we continue the process.
2. Personal Phone Conversation
Final approval is always confirmed through a personal phone conversation. This conversation is the most important step — it allows us to get to know one another, answer questions, and begin building the relationship that continues well beyond adoption day.
3. Matching & Ongoing Guidance
When kittens are available, families are guided through a thoughtful matching process based on personality and lifestyle fit. Our role is to support, inform, and stay involved — before placement and long after your kitten is home.
